There are many things that make a Brother Rice student who he is. None of which are average. We encourage our students to develop their interests and pursuits through experiential learning opportunities, helping them discover hidden talents and passions. Every student’s path is different and we believe that is a good thing. We also believe that only when you are 100% YOU, are you 100% Brother Rice!
“To me, Brother Rice is more than just a high school. It is an environment where we are encouraged to strive for greatness both in the classroom and when competing in athletics.” — Spencer Seneker ’26

Academically, the teachers have high expectations and expect us to always put forth 100% effort and dedication.
My favorite coach is Coach Casey Cullen. I am grateful to Coach Cullen for putting me in the starting lineup as a freshman on the tennis team. It gave me confidence that he believed in me and I could contribute to the success of the tennis team.
The Center for Learning and Achievement is my favorite place on campus because it is a good place to study and do homework.
My favorite thing about Brother Rice is expanding my friend group. After going to St. Hugo for nine years, it has been great to merge with all of the other catholic and public schools in our area.
I have grown athletically, academically, and spiritually since I started at Brother Rice in August.
