Mom and Sons Service Day
Each fall and winter, a Saturday morning is set aside for 50 Mothers and their sons to volunteer together at a local organization that serves individuals in need. This meaningful opportunity allows families to give back to the community, foster a spirit of service, and make a positive impact while working side by side.

This is one of the most popular events of the year! The day begins with Mass at St. Regis Church, followed by a continental breakfast in the Brother Rice Dining Hall. This weeklong event is sponsored by the Mothers’ Club to recognize and celebrate the dedication of the faculty and staff at Brother Rice. Throughout the week, faculty and staff members receive a variety of thoughtful gifts and tokens of appreciation in recognition of their hard work and commitment.
