When you think of Brother Rice, what three words come to mind first?
Academics, Brotherhood, Athletics
How has Brother Rice helped you improve as a student?
Brother Rice has helped me grow and improve in many ways. It has helped me expand my academic skills, teaching me how to manage school work and quizzes. Brother Rice has also taught me many lessons about communication with other students and teachers which is absolutely crucial in the real world.
Who is your favorite teacher or coach?
My favorite teacher is Mr. Seneski. I think he has a very special connection with all of his students. He is very smart and is very good at teaching. I think he is a teacher that students can reach out to if they are having any problems with anything. He is just the model teacher that every student wishes to have.
What’s your favorite place on campus?
My favorite place on campus is the Center for Learning & Achievement. I love the environment there. I think it is the best place to study and hang out. It has become a place of relaxation and relief for me. I think the different rooms that are designed specifically for different uses are very smart and useful for the schools clubs and extracurricular activities.
What’s your favorite thing about Brother Rice?
My favorite thing about Brother Rice is the relationships you build there. You build strong relationships with other students in your class and in other grades. As a freshman, I was able to reach out to upperclassmen for help and advice. Having the opportunity to do this was very helpful for my future there. This Brotherhood is a great way for students to create long lasting friendships and is a crucial part in why Brother Rice is Brother Rice.
What are some of the ways you have grown during your time at Brother Rice?
A few ways that I have grown since coming to Brother Rice are that I have become more comfortable speaking publicly and being a leader to others. My academic strengths and my knowledge in general have expanded significantly. I have learned how to live life in the way of Christ and how to act morally within society.
