Sip & Shop Event

Brother Rice Retiree Luncheon
Brother Rice hosts a Christmas luncheon for approximately 20 retired Brother Rice faculty and staff members. In addition, many of the current faculty and staff members are invited too. The Mothers’ Club decorates the Brad Simmons ’75 Alumni Hall with a Christmas theme and hosts a wonderful catered luncheon for our guests.
Mother/Son Service Day
This is the first time the Mothers’ Club has organized a service opportunity for Moms and sons.  Both service days take place at Forgotten Harvest and Moms and sons will help pack emergency food boxes that will be distributed through Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb County.
Faculty and Staff Christmas Luncheon & Raffle
The afternoon begins with a Christmas Mass for faculty and staff members in our Chapel. Following Mass, the Mothers’ Club plans a delicious lunch in the Brad Simmons ’75 Alumni Hall.  The event ends with the giveaway of many, many Christmas gifts to our members of the faculty and staff, donated by our families.
Euchre Night

Mother and Son Mass & Breakfast
This is the most popular event of the year! Mass will take place in the Brother Rice gymnasium with a light breakfast following in the Dining Hall. In addition, a professional photographer will take a beautiful individual black and white photo of Mom and her son in the Brad Simmons ’75 Alumni Hall after Mass.
