What to Expect on Your Visit

Be a Warrior for a Day! This immersive program offers the perfect opportunity to experience a day in the life of a Brother Rice High School student. Discover our vibrant campus life and get to know our outstanding Band of Brothers.

Brother Rice encourages all eighth-grade students to visit campus. Through Warrior for a Day, students experience a typical school day firsthand. During this visit, students and their families also hear from school administrators and take a guided tour of the school.

After parent(s) depart, student visitors join the Brother Rice student body and faculty for the remainder of the day. Next, each visitor is paired with a student host, participates in classroom activities, and experiences daily life at Brother Rice firsthand. During the visit, students also complete their Admissions Interview.

Please Note:

Eighth-grade students are paired with a current underclassman, typically a freshman. This pairing provides the most accurate representation of an incoming student’s school day. While families may request a specific student host, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Each host student is responsible for one guest at a time. If a requested host has already been paired, the Enrollment Office will assign another student with similar interests. Return to the Admissions Events page.
