Boxing Night

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 2026 | 7:00 PM-11:00 PM | Brother Rice Gym

Don’t miss the premier Brother Rice Alumni Association event of the year. Come see two separate boxing events in one night inside the Brother Rice Gymnasium. The first program features 9 – 11 collegiate bouts with the U of M Boxing Club taking on other colleges from around the country. These 3 round matches generate a large amount of exciting boxing action. These bouts will be featured from 8:00 pm – 9:30 pm or until all matches are completed, ending this USA Boxing-sanctioned program.

The second separate event at 10:00 pm is an Alumni Exhibition featuring former Champion Rudy Makupson ’97 taking on top-rated challenger Alex Timmis ’13.

Admission to Boxing Night includes food and beverages. VIP admission and sponsorship packages are available. All proceeds finance the Alumni Scholarship Fund, which supports 21 current students. This is the most anticipated fun-filled evening of camaraderie and fellowship of the year. Buy your tickets today!
