*All materials should be submitted by December 12, 2025, to receive your invitation to the “Class of 2030 Brotherhood Bonanza” on December 16. This social event provides an opportunity to get to know your future classmates, meet new friends, and have a fun afternoon at Dave and Busters, featuring arcade games, munchies, and soft drinks.
All components of the 3 Application Steps must be completed for admission:

Complete the online Application
- Print the Transcript Release Form from the online application portal and give it to your current school counselor or registrar for submission to the Enrollment Office.
- Submit the School and Student Profile Form from the online application portal and give it to your current school principal, assistant principal, or counselor for submission to the Enrollment Office.
- Submit the Teacher Recommendation Form from the online application portal and give it to one of your son’s current 8th grade teachers for submission to the Enrollment Office.

Take the High School Placement Test (HSPT)

Complete your Warrior for a Day visit
Optional:
- Beginning November 1, complete a FACTS Financial Aid application (see Affording Brother Rice for more information).
- Beginning November 1, complete the Need-Based Scholarship Application.
Please Note: The family of scholarship applicants must also complete the online FACTS Grant & Aid financial aid application to be eligible.
