Auction FAQ

March 17th is right around the corner! 

The auction office is all abuzz and excited to celebrate with you at BIRMINGHAM COUNTRY CLUB!  


We have received many questions, so here are some quick answers to the FAQ’s.  If we did not cover your question please feel free to contact Megan Marderosian at

Q:  What is the schedule for the event? 

A:  Doors open promptly at 6pm.  If you purchase a “Friend” ticket you will enjoy wine, beer, and vodka at two of the three bars.  A “Benefactor” ticket allows you to partake in a full open bar and access to the VIP lounge (after 10pm drinks are by subscription).   Dinner will be served from 7-9pm with late night snacks at 10pm! The Silent Auction ends at 9pm and the Live Auction begins immediately following.  We are excited to unveil our wine wall this year!  For $30 you get to pull a bottle of wine and perhaps win a $100 bottle!  Cigar lounge, DJ Jim Salter, and singer Jim Akouri are sure to get the party going!   

Q:  What is the attire?

A:  Casual to cocktail attire is acceptable and everything in between (just not torn denim please).

Q:  What does the registration process entail?

A:  Please visit our website to purchase your tickets. 

Tickets will be available at the door.  However, an additional $25 per ticket will be added to the cost.

Upon arrival please make sure to stop by the registration table to receive your name tag and bidder number.  We will also confirm you have a credit card and cell phone number on file to receive updates throughout the evening and ensure an easy checkout.
