Aaron Marshall

Coach Marshall is a dedicated football coach and mentor who returned to his alma mater, Brother Rice High School in Bloomfield Hills, as head coach in December 2023. He brings a champion pedigree leading Southfield A&T to its first state title in 2023 and earning Michigan’s Division 1 Coach of the Year. A former Youngstown State quarterback and Arena Football League player, he combines athletic experience with leadership and character. Deeply connected to Brother Rice through his own school days and his brothers’ legacy, Marshall aims to restore football excellence and enrich the Warrior community through hard work, mentorship, and respect for tradition.
