Important 2019-2020 Enrollment Events


Come to campus! From Information Night and Open House to Future Warrior events and Warrior for a Day, there are always opportunities to experience life at Brother Rice.


Brother Rice Information Night

Wednesday, September 18 | 6:00–8:00pm
All interested 7th and 8th students and families are cordially invited to attend the Brother Rice High Information Night.  This evening is a chance for our guests to explore Brother Rice’s academics, athletics, campus ministries and other signature programs further.  The evening will begin with a welcome address and admissions presentation followed by three 20-minute sessions of your choice.

Catholic High School Nights

Brother Rice will be represented at the following regional High School Nights this fall. These information nights are open to the public, so students from any school may choose to attend whichever night is most convenient for their family:

*Catholic High School Nights are open to middle school students of all ages.

Thursday, October 24 | 6:00–8:00pm
All interested students and families are cordially invited to attend the Brother Rice High School Open House. Guests are invited to engage administrators, teachers, students, parents and alumni. In addition to information about the academic, athletic, and family experience at Brother Rice, questions about admissions and financial aid will also be addressed.

High School Placement Test Dates and Registration

Saturday, November 23 & December 7| 8:00–11:30am
All Grade 9 applicants are required to take the High School Placement Test (HSPT). This is the entrance exam for Catholic high schools in the Archdiocese of Detroit. Please have students arrive no later than 7:45am for check-in. Late arrivals will not be accepted.  The cost is $50.

***Brother Rice has a limited availability of the Master the Catholic High School Entrance Exams 2020 textbook if you would like an extra resource to prepare your son for his exam. The cost is $25. To order the book for your for incoming Freshman you can contact the Enrollment Office at 248-833-2020 or email us at enrollment@brrice.edu.
