Algebra I is the foundation for high school mathematics – from Algebra II to Geometry and Trigonometry to Calculus. This summer, Brother Rice is offering an Algebra skill-building workshop. The course is a great opportunity to enhance understanding and solidify knowledge of key concepts covered from Algebra I that will be built on in Algebra II and beyond.  In particular, the Brother Rice Algebra II course skips the first two chapters in the textbook as that knowledge is expected to be known from Algebra I. So, these skills will be emphasized for the week-long class this summer to ensure your student is ready to hit the ground running in Algebra II, Algebra IB or Geometry.
