In accordance with the goals identified in the strategic plan, Brother Rice announced a $52 million combined commitment to educational, program, facility, and overall campus enhancements in May 2021. The ten-year plan includes $42 million in campus improvements and $10 million in endowment growth. The plan enhances an already robust foundation of excellence anchored in academics, faith, and leadership.
The construction of the new Center for Learning and Achievement, renovation of the locker rooms and faculty/staff commons, and structural enhancements to the school’s engineering lab are underway and mark the beginning of the multiphase commitment to accentuating and differentiating our mission.
We have something very special to offer with this creative programming that will enhance our traditional curriculum — student-centered, responsive, and aspirational have been prisms of our prioritized thinking. The Center for Learning and Achievement will be the academic hub to inform, educate, inspire, and motivate students through specialized institutes, focusing on business leadership, innovation and entrepreneurship, character and citizenship.
